You're ready to grow, learn, and heal so you can flourish in your life.
Most of us are on a journey to know ourselves more fully, so we can live true to who we are. Sometimes we want the support and guidance as we make our way.
I offer a variety of services to meet different people’s needs.
Individual Therapy
It can be hard to carve out time to focus on yourself, especially if you’ve spent your whole life putting others first. Individual therapy can give you the space to put yourself first and to the healing you’re ready to do, so that you can be the best “you” that you can be.
Lots of mental health issues — anxiety, depression, anger, irritability, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship difficulties, trouble sleeping or concentrating, or stress and burnout — can have their roots in trauma. Luckily, they can also be addressed effectively through individual therapy.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, so we can see if we’re a good fit before committing to sessions.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are like a garden: you have to tend them. It’s not enough to just plant seeds and expect a harvest. If you’re not watering the soil, making sure there are sufficient nutrients, and pulling out weeds when they pop up, you’re going to end up with a fraction of the bounty you could have had if you had planned, visioned, planted with intention, and done the work to keep things thriving.
Couples therapy gives you and your partner a chance to tend to your relationship by learning skills to enhance communication, intimacy, and partnership.

Gather & Grow
I’m excited to be adding this offering to my practice in 2023!
After years of individual and couples therapy focusing on trauma, I’ve developed a toolkit of self-healing practices and skills that you can learn in a group setting. With these tools you’ll be your own healer. You’ll be able to practice more self-compassion, calm and re-regulate your nervous system, process stress and traumatic material to lower your stress baseline, and truly become your own best friend.
You’ll do all of this inside of a healing community, where you know you’re not alone and you can also practice relationship-preserving communication and attachment healing.

"What does therapy cost?"
Individual and couples sessions are usually 50 minutes in length, which is a customary session length and is generally a good amount of time to address most issues. I charge $175 for a 50-minute session. Some people choose to do extended 80-minute sessions, which can be helpful if we’re working on a particularly intense issue and want plenty of time to work through it and come to a comfortable stopping point. An 80-minute session is $280. I have a few slots available at a reduced rate based on need.
Gather & Grow will be offered on a monthly subscription basis.
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards.
FAQ
"Do you take insurance?"
I’m not in-network with any insurance company, but if you have out-of-network coverage, you can file for reimbursement for our sessions. You’ll just need a superbill, which I’m happy to provide.

"How long does therapy take?"
Short answer: it depends. Some people work with me for a few months, get the tools under their belt, and then feel ready to continue on their own. Other clients work for several months intensively, then check in with me from time to time for tune-up sessions. Still others work with me for a year or more, continuing to peel back the layers of the onion, so to speak.
As someone committed to my own growth and development, I’m aware that the work is never “done” — it continues to take different forms over the years, whether you stay with the same practitioner or have many teachers, or do our own self-healing work. We’ll always stay in conversation about how our work is serving you best, and continue or discontinue as it feels appropriate and right to do so. Ultimately, you are always in the driver’s seat.
